Well lets begin with why U stands for University. Answer this question.

Why would the chicken cross the road??? To get to Cluck-University of course.

Is there a real University that exists??? The school of hard knocks is our satelite campus to the world. Our University acknowleges life experience, ambition and goals.

Is it true that Bill Gates and Warren Buffet both have diplomas and are MBA graduates??? Yes, we issued diplomas and MBA credentials to both in 2003 . They both never finished college, but have proven for all of us that there Mop Bucket Attitude (MBA) paid off. For that they can call Cluck-University there almamater.

The Cluck-U Chicken Company, as it was originally named (incidentally by the founders grandmother's roommate) first opened on August 8, 1985 on the Rutgers University Campus in New Brunswick, New Jersey. The second year student/football player said in his room after eating the nightly pizza with his roommate Tim Britton and other members of the team, "if Rutgers had a chicken wing place it would do great". Rob's brother Joe (one of four brothers) made for Rob the week before what they were eating at Syracuse, his University. They were called "Buffalo Wings".The next week he came across an ice cream parlor and approached the proprietor. They became partners for a short time and the first Cluck-U-Chicken restaurant was hatched. Since that time dozens of franchised locations (The Restaurant Company), have opened.  "The franchise company now is owned by JP Haddad and its headquarter is located in Maryland."    

The Branding Company was created to maximize the Cluck-U-Chicken brand name outside of the "Famous Restaurants." One of its goals is to make the Cluck-U-Chicken brand a household name. It provides quality Cluck-U-Chicken products and sauces for super markets, express  kiosks, retail outlets, food service distributors or for anyone looking to maximize there Wing and Tender offerings.

Now in 100's of locations, Cluck-U-Chicken products are being sold.
